Heard of a series called Firefly? This movie is made from that series. Malcolm Reynolds (played by Nathan Fillion) is hiding two fugitives named Simon and River (played by Summer Glau). As they protect River they soon realize that she can protect herself. River's no ordinary 17 year old girl. She's smarter than anything this world has put together. Oh and one more thing, she can fight off an entire army by herself. This movie has action, a little comedy, and despair as the crew loses their best teammates. If you love action I suggest you check out Serenity or Firefly on DVD now.
